Who is responsible for your data
This privacy policy explains how Yunus Side Dental (operating internationally under the brand Dentist Side Turkey) handles personal data on this website. The data controller is:

What data we collect and why
This is a static information website. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message. We use this data for one purpose only - to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to prepare a treatment quote.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and - where your enquiry concerns a possible treatment - the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a treatment agreement. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing us.
How the contact form works (Web3Forms)
Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-processing service that forwards your message to our clinic email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf: it relays your submission and does not use your data for its own purposes. After delivery, your enquiry lives in our email inbox and is handled directly by the clinic team.
If you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp link on this site, the conversation takes place inside WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We recommend keeping initial messages general and sharing medical details only once we ask for what is actually needed for your quote.
Google Maps (click-to-load)
The map on our contact page is embedded with a click-to-load mechanism: no data is transferred to Google when the page loads. Only if you actively click to load the map does your browser connect to Google, which may then process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics cookie is set until you allow it. On your first visit a banner asks whether we may measure your visit. Until you choose Accept, Google Consent Mode keeps every analytics and advertising cookie switched off, and the site works exactly the same if you decline.
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages lead to enquiries and which advertisements work. These services set cookies and process your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view and whether you clicked WhatsApp, a phone number, an email address or the enquiry form. We do not send them your name, phone number or the content of your message. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
Where your data is processed
Our clinic is located in Türkiye, so enquiries sent to us are read and answered there. We treat your data with the same care described in this policy regardless of where you contact us from.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them. If you become a patient, separate medical record-keeping obligations under Turkish health law apply to your treatment records.
